3. Product Presentation
3.1 Processed parts
The design is stable and does not cut corners. The main wall panel of the whole machine is made of 30 mm thickened steel and is processed in a machining center. The thickened glue coating roller and film laminating roller can be processed in one go using high-precision CNC lathes.
3.2 Belt
The paper feeding department adopts imported brand feeder belts and cooperates with our company's unique pallet-type intermittent paper feeding method to ensure paper feeding is smooth and stable, and double sheets and empty sheets are eliminated. The suction belt and delivery conveyor belt use imported belts durable.
3.3 Electric Parts
Electrical components such as variable frequency speed regulators, programmable controllers (PLC computers), and photoelectric switches are all from world-renowned brands such as Delta and Inovance. General switches, contactors,relays, etc. made by French Schneider.
3.4 Standard Assembly
The assembly requirements for all models of our company are relatively high, so our company has formulated many higher standards of component tolerances and assembly levels. For example, the axis position tolerance is set within 0.02mm, and the hardness of quenched parts must be greater than 40°. When assembling the bearings, all use the best technology - strictly avoid hard knocking during hot assembly, have clear tolerance records for assembled parts, ensure 48 hours of empty operation, the axis temperature should not be 15° higher than the indoor temperature, and use 350 grams of paper for 1,000 sheets. Never stop the machine while driving, and resolutely eliminate unnecessary noise from the whole machine. During the acceptance inspection, records are kept for each machine.
It is considered unqualified according to the receiving standards and cannot be shipped from the factory.
4. Machine Parts Specifications:
4.1 Human-computer interface
This machine uses a touch screen and a host computer (PLC) to digitally adjust film length, counting, etc.
4.2 Servo Paper Feeder
The paper feeding section adopts pure imported belts, which are extremely wear-resistant. Coupled with high-performance servo motor control to ensure the stability of paper output during high-speed operation
4.3 Push gauge position
The conveying rubber wheels used in this part are made of high-qualify imported NBR-rubber, which can make better work, without indentions, scratches, tearing-ups etc. thus making it durable and locate the positions of the papers to be processed well, Adopt the natural import Malaysian belt, with high toughness and friction, photoelectric tracing ensure the accuracy feeding paper.
4.4The Gluing Part
The rubber roller can be pulled out, making it easy to clean the glue. It can be partially glued according to the size of the product window, and the paper can be detected during operation.
The rubber roller can automatically rise and fall, and can be adjusted front and back and left and right without stopping the machine.
4.5 Film cutting with hob double shearing method
Servo-controlled double rotating roller shearing film cutting is used to ensure the accuracy of the length of the film. It can also realize the non-stop adjustment of the diaphragm in the front, back, left and right when the equipment is running (patented technology: the film cutting knife can be adjusted up and down, the knife adjustment is quick and noiseless, and the length and width of the film cutting are unlimited, depending on the machine model)
4.6 Film Sheet
Install the entire roll of film on the film roller to realize left and right position adjustment without stopping the machine to improve work efficiency.

4.7 Film cutting for tissue box etc.
